Some items in our store are shipped from our warehouses and others are shipped directly from the designer or manufacturer with many being made to order. The length of time it will take to arrive depends on each product, the production time and the shipping carrier.
The approximate processing and delivery time for each product is listed on the product detail page.
We make every effort to ship items that do not require personalization or special handling within 1-3 business days AFTER your order is placed. Special handling items normally ship within 3-7 business days due to stock status and production time. If we discover that an item is not available within the regular time frame, we will contact you as soon as possible. Please be sure your contact information is correct.
If the items are shipped domestically, i.e, from our warehouse in the United States, then depending on your location, it usually takes anywhere between 3 to 7 business days for the product to reach you. If the product is shipped from our international warehouses, it could take anywhere from 10 to 25 days for the items to reach you. Shipping time is typically dependent on how long customs takes, which can vary from country to country.

Individual items may ship separately.
When you order multiple items at a time they might be shipped separately as products are shipped from different warehouses, designers and manufacturers. You may receive one item before the next.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the size and weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item goes on backorder, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Our return policy lasts 30 days from delivery date. If 30 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
The return policy does not apply to any products that have been personalized or customized.
Shipping costs are non-refundable
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return:
- Use the Contact Form on our Contact Page
- Send a message requesting RMA for the specific product, including the order number and email used in original purchase.
- Within 48 hours you will receive an RMA #
- Ship your product to our Return Center (see address below)
- Once Merchandise has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, the packaging is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you would like to exchange the item for another item or a different size/color, please contact us to request the exchange. We will send you instructions on returning your item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the replacement shipment status.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Please note that refunds may take 2-4 days to appear on your credit card statement. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by using our contact form.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
